Mudding Trucks

I’ve got some type of mud on my truck that will not come off…?

I recently got some mud on both sides of my truck that will not come off. I’ve tried using a brush, I’ve scrubbed, I’ve held the pressure washer right on it, I’ve even sprayed WD40 on the mud with no luck. I can scratch it off, but it would be way too troublesome. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
thats some kind of mud it must have some thing mixed in with it
