Looks like some of the early 90′s Ford pick-ups that had plenty of ground clearance. In my opinion, the greatest trucks since the 60′s at getting up higher (stock).
In your area there must be a premium placed upon ground clearance with small “width” tires due to the depth to bedrock being smaller than in the Southeast US.
Wider does not always = better. Tire choice means a great deal……and I’m no tire salesman.
