    there is no purpose.
    instead of spending the $$ making the car cooler,
    they put that there so that the car behind knows they're rich.
    then they get distracted.

    Whenever I see it, I just think that they are trying to make it look better, because no one would ever use it and I've only seen it once but that was because they were trying to get the most monitors they could get on a car.
