Mud Trucks

Off road mud trucks come in many shapes and sizes. Some stick with the stock design but some go for broke and like to customize their ride for the off road experience.

One of the things that usually gets customized is some bad ass mud tires. A bigger tire
gives the truck some extra lift. Some of the tires have grooves that help the tire find
something to grab onto.

Do not over inflate the tire. This tends to make the tire to hard. A softer tire enables
the grabbing process.

Mud Trucks

Trucks that are used in mud events are in many sizes and shapes. Some go for the high lift no non-sense look of a truck that means business. Some are more drawn toward a nice look to the vehicle. Going for every add-on imaginable.

Keeping the air intake system clean is very, very important. The air cleaner housing should be cleaned after each outing. The air filter should be kept in like new condition. Some mud slingers are using a filter that can be cleaned after every outing.

Mudding Trucks Down At The Local Waterhole

A nice way to spend the afternoon, take a few mudding trucks down to the local waterhole and see how deep they can go. Those boys on the back of the truck had the best view.
