Me and a couple of friends mudding. My 1988 GMC K-1500 is has 40 series Flowmasters, and Maxxis Bighorn tires. The 1985 Toyota has a six inch lift on Wild Country RVT’s. The 2002 Silverado has a leveling kit K&N Air Filter and 40 Siries Flow Master with 20″ rims wrapped in Genneral Grabber AT’s. The Sandrail has TSL Superswampers and a pretty much stock VW engine. And the 1985 Blazer has TSL Superswampers.

In 2008, Chevy introduced three new truck models to the world. The three models: Silverado, Avalanche and Colorado, have each in its own class shared the distinction of being the top-dog. Silverado’s rock-solid chassis makes it a favorite choice of country tough guys. When you have to travel the bumpiest dirt roads in America with a large load in the bed, you want something that can get the job done. It has been said that Chevy owners are so confident of the durability of their trucks, that their Chevy truck would be a perfect inheritance for future generations to come. Having engine sizes and chassis capacities to haul any load, these trucks have the towing capacity to get the job done. Most obvious is the innovative system to make the truck bed longer. What happens is that the rear seats fold down, rear glass removes, and the midgate system drops down. Essentially it turns it from a crew cab short bed to a two door long bed pickup. As you let down the midgate, the removable wall that separates the cabin from the bed, you will find that there is plenty of room for storage. You could even sleep there if you needed. Talk about a truck bed! Outdoor enthusiasts really love the sporty flexibility of this midgate feature. Ethanol mix E85 is a cleaner burning fuel that releases less green house gases into the environment. Climate change is becoming an issue that the auto industry can no longer ignore and Chevrolet is truly creating an “American Revolution” in terms of changing the status quo in Detroit.
