What size tires can i fit on my truck?

I have a 2005 Chevy 2500HD Diesel 4WD Crew Cab and i was wondering what size tires i can fit on my truck?

I already have a leveling kit with 33"x12.50 and they don't rub.

I ordered a 3" body kit and was looking at the Nitto Mud Grapplers and was hoping i can fit 37"x12.50.

Will it work?
